摘要
以公司新建万方储罐和大型球罐液位测量为例,简单介绍原有的测量方案雷达和伺服液位计的原理,详述此两种液位计在公司实际应用中出现的问题,通过故障现象分析,结合测量介质特性分析,以及温度对介质挥发性的影响,进而提出改用电子差压液位计,并详细介绍其工作原理、优势、使用情况。经过一年的运行效果验证,减少了现场仪表工日常操作与维护工作量,提高了测量的稳定性和精确性,使生产核算更加精准,为吨产品消耗提供了准确的数据支撑。
Taking the liquid level measurement of10000m3storage tank and large spherical tank newly built by the company as an example,this paper briefly introduces the principle of the original measuring scheme radar and servo level gauge,and elaborates on the problems in the practical application of the two level gauges in the company.Through the analysis of the fault phenomena,combined with the analysis of the characteristics of the measuring medium,and the influence of temperature on the volatility of the medium.Furthermore,it is proposed to use electronic differential pressure level gauge instead,and its working principle,advantages and application are introduced in detail.After one year's operation effect verification,it reduces the daily operation and maintenance workload of field instrumentation workers,improves the stability and accuracy of measurement,makes the production accounting more accurate,and provides accurate data support for product consumption per ton.
