摘要 以C_6H_(12)O为原料,H_2O_2作氧化剂,分别用MnCl_2,SnCl_4,CuCl_2作催化剂催化氧化合成环己酮,确定CuCl_2的催化效果优于MnCl_2和SnCl_4;进一步探讨了CuCl_2加入量、H_2O_2与C_6H_(12)O体积比、反应时间以及反应温度对环己酮产率的影响。结果表明,当CuCl_2用量为2. 5g,H_2O_2与C_6H_(12)O体积比为1∶1,反应时间为55min,反应温度为70~80℃时,最高产率达68. 72%。此外,对产品进行了表征。该工艺路线符合绿色化学的思想,是一种绿色制备环己酮的好方法。 The cyclohexanone was synthesized using C6H12O as raw material,H2O2 as oxidant,MnCl2,SnCl4 and CuCl2as catalysts respectively in this paper.The CuCl2 showed much higher photocatalytic activities than that of MnCl2 and SnCl4.It was discovered further the effect factor about the yield of cyclohexanone depended on CuCl2dosage,ratio of H2O2and C6H12O volume,reaction time and reaction temperature have effects on cyclohexanone.The experiment results showed that the most high yield rate was 68.72% when the dosage of CuCl2 was 2.5g,the ratio of H2O2and C6H12O volume was1:1,the reaction time was 55 min and the reaction temperature was70~80℃.In addition,the cyclohexanone was characterized.The process route is a kind of green in accordance with the idea of green chemistry and it is a good method of cyclohexanone preparation.
