治理视角下的高职院校学习型党组织建设研究

Research on the Construction of Learning-oriented Party Organization in Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Governance

党的十九大报告中提出了建设马克思主义学习型政党的新目标,在高职院校治理现代化的背景下,高职院校基层党组织要在党中央精神的指引下,结合自身特点,在共同愿景、系统思维、团队学习、心智模式方面着力,找准问题,发现杠杆,创建学习型基层党组织,不断实现自我超越。

In the report of the19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the new goal of building a learning-oriented political party was put forward.Under the background of the modernization of the management of higher vocational colleges,the grassroots party organizations should,under the guidance of the spirit of the Party Central Committee and in light of their own characteristics,make efforts in the aspects of common vision,systematic thinking,team learning and mental model,identify the problems,find the leverage and create learning-oriented grassroots partyorganization to constantly achieve self-transcendence.
