摘要
以仙居县国土资源空间数据坐标系转换为例,从转换模型选择、重合点构网、参数解算、外业检测4方面论述了坐标转换精度质量控制的方法;从转换前对数据进行分析与整理、转换后数据内容完整性检查、转换后数据位置精度检查3方面论述了转换数据质量控制的方法,从而确保了国土资源空间数据2000国家大地坐标系转换的工作质量,其研究方法和工作经验可为其他区域坐标转换的整体质量控制提供借鉴。
Taking the spatial data coordinate system transformation of Xianju County as an example,the paper discussed a method of precision quality control of coordinate transformation from four aspects:model selection,coincidence point network,parameter calculation and field inspection.And it discussed the method of quality control of transforming data from three aspects:the analysis and organization of data before transformation,the content integrity check of data after transformation,and the position accuracy check of data after transformation.Thus the method ensured the quality of China Geodetic Coordinate System 2000 transformation of land and resources spatial data.The research method and work experience will be used as a reference for the overall quality control of coordinate transformation in other regions.
