摘要
习近平在《推动共建丝绸之路经济带和21世界海上丝绸之路的愿景与行动》中提出"合作重点在于政策沟通、设施联通、贸易畅通、民心相通,要实现这一新的历史任务,人才的培养是关键因素"。如何使高职教育中的市场营销专业围绕"一带一路"的需求,培养出高素质的技能型人才,是一个非常重要的问题。先研究"一带一路"及其对所需人才的需求,再结合天津市各高职院校市场营销专业人才培养模式,探索能够满足"一带一路"新要求的市场营销专业人才培养模式。
In Vision and Actions for Building the Silk Road Economic Belt and the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road Chairman Xi said:"Cooperation should focus on policy communication,infrastructure connectivity,unimpeded trade and people-to-people exchanges.To realize this new historical mission,the cultivation of the talent is the key factor".Therefore,how to adapt the marketing major in higher vocational colleges to the demand of"One Belt and One Road"so as to cultivate high-quality technical talents has become essential.By studying the Belt and Road Initiative and its demand for talents,and combining with the training model of marketing professionals in various higher vocational colleges in Tianjin,this thesis explores a new model that can meet the new requirements of"One Belt and One Road".
