摘要
据《财务管理》课程标准、学习者特征分析、现代教育技术理论及建构主义学习理论,创设一个融多种信息化手段和教法学法于一体的情境性、社会性课堂环境,引导学生通过不良校园贷的分析认识资金时间价值在复利终值方面的体现,掌握实际利率和名义利率的计算,并能够熟练运用于学习和生活实践中。
According to the curriculum standards of"Financial Management",the analysis of learners'characteristics,the theory of modern education technology,and the theory of constructivism learning,a situational and social classroom environment integrating various informatization methods and teaching and learning methods is created.Students are guided through the analysis of non-performing campus loans to understand the time value of money in the final value of compound interest,master the calculation of real interest rate and nominal interest rate,and be able to skillfully use them in learning and life practice.
