Relying on the publicity platform of"Charming China Town",a short animated public service animation"Swan and Volunteer"is designed and produced in Sanmenxia,a beautiful city.It is released and disseminated through new media interactive platforms such as TV,Tencent,WeChat and Weibo,telling stories between the volunteers and the swans,and transmitting positive energy to promote urban culture and enhance urban popularity.
