山东省粮食生产新型农业经营主体的多元发展模式与典型案例分析

Multiple Development Models of New Agricultural Management Entities of Grain Production in Shandong Province and Analysis of Typical Cases

通过实地调研,对山东省培育和发展粮食生产新型农业经营主体的优势、现状及面临的问题进行分析。结果表明:与周边普通农户相比,新型农业经营主体规模化效益明显,其经营者较年轻,文化程度较高,但整体老龄化现象严重,高学历人才缺乏。同时选取典型案例进行跟踪调研,总结其优势特色及主要问题,提出加快新型农业经营体系构建的对策。

Through on-the-spot investigation,the advantages,current status and problems of cultivating and developing new agricultural management entities of grain production in Shandong Province were analyzed.The results showed that large-scale benefits of new type agricultural management entities were obvious and their operators were younger and had higher levels of education compared with small-scale households.But the overall aging phenomenon was serious,and highly educated talents were lack.At the same time,some typical cases were selected for tracking research.Through summarizing their advantages,characteristics and main problems,the countermeasures for speeding up the construction of new agricultural management system were put forward.
