外源性硫化氢对糖尿病心肌病保护作用机制的研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 糖尿病心肌病(DCM)是由糖尿病引起的心肌结构和功能的改变,同时不伴有冠状动脉疾病及高血压等病因的原发病。研究表明,硫化氢(H2S)可以保护DCM的心脏功能,其可能通过氧化应激通路、细胞自噬通路、炎症反应通路、Janus激酶/信号转导与转录激活子(JAK/STAT)信号通路、基质金属蛋白酶家族通路等发挥对DCM的保护作用。
