促甲状腺激素甲状腺外作用的研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 促甲状腺激素(TSH)的主要功能是全面促进甲状腺的机能。近年研究表明,TSH不仅可调节人体甲状腺激素的分泌,而且参与骨代谢、脂质代谢、糖代谢等多种甲状腺外代谢的调节,从而参与多种疾病的发生与发展。TSH及其受体可能成为降低骨质疏松风险、实现脂质水平的体内平衡、减缓动脉粥样硬化进展、增加葡萄糖刺激的胰岛素分泌、增加胰岛素敏感性的有效靶点,为骨质疏松、脂质代谢紊乱、糖尿病的治疗提供新的思路。
