摘要 在对水炮泥降尘机理进行分析研究的基础上,添加表面活性剂制成高效水炮泥,并在夏甸金矿-740 m水平爆破采场对高效水炮泥的布置方式及合理填塞长度进行了现场试验,对比分析采用普通水炮泥和高效水炮泥的降尘效率。试验结果表明:采用添加表面活性剂的高效水炮泥降尘时,总粉尘降尘效率达56.6%,呼吸性粉尘降尘效率达54.2%,比普通水炮泥降尘效率分别提高了36.2%、29. 5%,降尘效果较好。 Based on the analysis of the dust removal mechanism of water stemming,the high efficiency water stemming was made by adding surfactant,in addition,field tests were carried out on the arrangement and reasonable packing length of high efficiency water stemming in-740m horizontal blasting stope of Xiadian Gold Mine,the dust removal efficiency of common water stemming and high efficiency water stemming were compared and analyzed.The test results show that when the high efficiency water stemming with surfactant is used for dust removal,total dust removal efficiency reaches56.6%,and the dust removal efficiency of respirable dust is54.2%,which is36.2%and29.5%higher than that of common water stemming respectively,the dust removal effect is better.
