2型糖尿病并发低血糖症106例临床分析

Clinical analysis of 106 cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with hypoglycemia

目的:探讨2型糖尿病并发低血糖症的临床表现、发病诱因、治疗及转归情况。方法:收治2型糖尿病并发低血糖症患者106例,回顾性分析其临床资料。结果:患者临床表现包括昏迷、交感神经兴奋、精神错乱、语言混乱、言语不清、意识不清及肢体功能障碍。低血糖症诱因包括胰岛素注射后没有按时进食、饮食控制过于严格、感染后使用抗生素、情绪状态较差不愿进食、伴有冠心病使用美托洛尔治疗。通过合理用药治疗,全部患者均成功治愈。结论:2型糖尿病并发低血糖症的影响因素有多种,通过早期诊疗预防,及时血糖监测发现,合理选用药物进行治疗能够获得良好效果。

Objective:To investigate the clinical manifestation,inducement,treatment and prognosis of type2diabetes mellitus complicated with hypoglycemia.Methods:106patients with type2diabetes mellitus complicated with hypoglycemia were selected and clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results:Clinical manifestations included coma,sympathetic excitement,mental disorders,language disorders,speech confusion,unconsciousness and limb dysfunction.The causes of hypoglycemia included no eating on time after insulin injection,excessive dietary control,antibiotic use after infection,reluctance to eat in poor emotional state,and metoprolol therapy for coronary heart disease.All patients were cured by rational medication.Conclusion:There were many factors influencing type2diabetes mellitus complicated with hypoglycemia,through early diagnosis and treatment,timely blood glucose monitoring,reasonable drug treatment,we can achieve good results.
