氨氯地平联合厄贝沙坦治疗社区老年冠心病合并高血压的效果评价

Effect evaluation of amlodipine combined with irbesartan in the treatment of coronary heart disease and hypertension in elderly patients in community

目的:探讨氨氯地平联合厄贝沙坦治疗社区老年冠心病合并高血压的临床效果。方法:收治老年冠心病合并高血压患者100例,随机分为两组。对照组给予氨氯地平治疗,观察组给予氨氯地平联合厄贝沙坦治疗,比较两组血压、心绞痛发作情况。结果:两组治疗后血压低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后血压低于对照组。心绞痛临床总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:氨氯地平联合厄贝沙坦治疗社区老年冠心病合并高血压的临床效果显著。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of amlodipine combined with irbesartan in the treatment of coronary heart disease and hypertension in elderly patients in community.Methods:100cases of elderly patients with coronary heart disease and hypertension were divided into two groups randomly.The control group was treated with amlodipine,and the observation group was treated with amlodipine combined with irbesartan,the blood pressure and angina pectoris were compared between the two groups.Results:The blood pressure of the two groups after treatment was lower than that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the blood pressure of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the total effective rate of angina pectoris was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of amlodipine combined with irbesartan in the treatment of coronary heart disease and hypertension in elderly patients in community was remarkable.
