富马酸比索洛尔治疗高血压病临床观察100例

Clinical observation of 100 cases of hypertension treated with bisoprolol fumarate

目的:分析富马酸比索洛尔在高血压病症临床治疗中运用的效果。方法:收治高血压患者100例,为所有患者实施富马酸比索洛尔药物的治疗,对比患者在治疗前后的血压和心功能变化。结果:富马酸比索洛尔在临床高血压患者中的应用,降压的有效率95.70%,发生不良反应的概率16.00%,能够对患者的左室腔进行缩小。结论:在临床高血压患者的治疗中运用富马酸比索洛尔药物,为患者降压的过程中,会对其左室肥厚进行逆转,有助于心脏功能的改善。

Objective:To analyze the effect of bisoprolol fumarate in the treatment of hypertension.Methods:100patients with hypertension were selected,they were treated with bisoprolol fumarate.The blood pressure and cardiac function of patients before and after treatment were compared.Results:Bisoprolol fumarate in the clinical application of hypertension patients,the effective rate of reducing blood pressure was95.70%,the risk of adverse reactions was16.00%,which can reduce the patient's left ventricular cavity.Conclusion:The use of bisoprolol fumarate in the treatment of patients with clinical hypertension will reverse the left ventricular hypertrophy during the process of blood pressure reduction,which will contribute to the improvement of cardiac function.
