研究益肾康胶囊对慢性肾炎尿毒症患者尿蛋白的影响

Effect of Yi Shen Kang Capsule on urinary protein in patients with chronic nephritis uremia

目的:探讨益肾康胶囊对慢性肾炎尿毒症患者尿蛋白的影响。方法:收治慢性肾炎尿毒症患者80例,随机分成A组和B组。两组都进行常规治疗,A组加用益肾康胶囊治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后A组临床指标明显优于B组(P<0.05)。结论:益肾康胶囊可以有效地改善慢性肾炎尿毒症患者尿蛋白情况,降低其代谢速度,改善肾功能。

Objective:To explore the effect of Yi Shen Kang Capsule on urinary protein in patients with chronic nephritis uremia.Methods:80patients with chronic nephritis uremia were selected,they were randomly divided into the A group and the B group,both groups received routine treatment,the A group was treated with Yi Shen Kang Capsule,we compared the effects of the two groups.Results:After treatment,the clinical indexes of the A group were significantly better than the B group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yi Shen Kang Capsule can effectively improve the urinary protein of patients with chronic nephritis uremia,reduce their metabolic rate and improve renal function.
