丹红注射液对冠心病不稳定型心绞痛的治疗效果观察

Effect observation of Danhong injection in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease

目的:探讨丹红注射液对不稳定型心绞痛的临床治疗效果。方法:收治不稳定型心绞痛患者82例,随机平分两组。对照组给予抗缺血、抗血小板、抗凝与抗脂治疗;治疗组在此基础上加用丹红注射液。比较两组患者心绞痛治疗效果、心电图治疗效果与治疗前后相关临床指标,即心率(HR)、血清总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C),血同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)。结果:试验组患者心绞痛治疗总有效率、心电图治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组患者治疗后HR、TC、TG、Hcy与同组治疗前比较均显著降低,LDL-C较前显著升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:丹红注射液对冠心病不稳定型心绞痛的治疗效果显著。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Danhong injection in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.Methods:82patients with unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups on average.The control group was given anti-ischemia,anti-platelet,anti-coagulation and anti-lipid treatment,while the treatment group was given Danhong injection on this basis.The therapeutic effects of angina pectoris,electrocardiogram and related clinical indexes,namely heart rate(HR),serum total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein(LDL-C),blood homocysteine(Hcy)were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate of angina pectoris and electrocardiogram in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,HR,TC,TG,Hcy in the experimental group were significantly lower than those before treatment,and LDL-C was significantly higher than those before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Danhong injection is effective in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.
