从“筋”论治早中期膝骨关节炎探析

Treatment of knee osteoarthritis in early and middle stages from "tendon"

目的:观察药物联合手法治疗早中期膝骨关节炎有效性及其优势,为从"筋"论治早中期膝骨关节炎提供理论依据。方法:收治膝骨关节炎患者80例,随机平分两组。对照组予口服盐酸氨基葡萄糖片,治疗组予中药"养筋通络汤"内服配合手法治疗,3周后比较两组WOMAC指数评分、中医症候评分及判定临床疗效。结果:治疗3周后,治疗组WOMAC指数评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),中医症候评分及临床疗效判定均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:"从筋论治"思想指导下的中药"养筋通络汤"内服联合手法治疗膝骨关节炎,可有效缓解疼痛,改善日常活动能力。

Objective:To observe the efficacy and advantages of drug combined with manipulation in the treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee in the early and middle stages,and to provide theoretical basis for the treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee in the early and middle stages from"tendons".Methods:80patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into the two groups equally.The control group was treated with glucosamine hydrochloride tablets.The treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine"reinforcing tendon and dredging collaterals"in combination with manipulation.After3weeks,the WOMAC index score,TCM symptom score and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results:After3weeks of treatment,the WOMAC index scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),TCM symptom score and clinical efficacy were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The traditional Chinese medicine"reinforcing tendon and dredging collaterals"under the guidance of the idea of"treating from the theory of tendons"can effectively relieve pain and improve daily activities.
