中药口服配合耳穴埋豆治疗产后缺乳30例

Clinical observation of oral traditional Chinese medicine and ear point burying bean in the treatment of postpartum hypogalactia

目的:探讨中药口服配合耳穴埋豆治疗产后缺乳的临床疗效。方法:收治产后缺乳患者60例,随机分成两组,每组各30例。对照组给予中药治疗,观察组给予中药口服配合耳穴埋豆治疗,比较两组临床疗效。结果:两组临床疗效比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:中药口服配合耳穴埋豆治疗产后缺乳的临床疗效较好。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of oral traditional Chinese medicine and ear point burying bean in the treatment of postpartum hypogalactia.Methods:60cases of postpartum hypogalactia were divided into two groups randomly.The control group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine,and the observation group was treated with oral traditional Chinese medicine and ear point burying bean,the clinical effect was compared between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in clinical effect between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Oral traditional Chinese medicine and ear point burying bean in the treatment of postpartum hypogalactia had better clinical effect.
