脑梗死患者血小板相关参数变化及意义

Changes and significance of platelet related parameters in patients with cerebral infarction

目的:探讨脑梗死患者血小板相关参数变化及相关意义。方法:收治脑梗死患者40例为观察组,根据梗死面积分为腔隙性脑梗死组、小面积梗死组和大面积梗死组,同时选取同期健康体检人员40例为对照组。所有受检人员均接受血细胞分析检测,比较血小板计数(PLT)、血小板平均体积(MPV)和血小板分布宽度(PDW)。结果:观察组在不同发病时间PLT均明显低于对照组,MPV和PDW均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。梗死面积越大,PLT越低,MPV和PDW明显增高。结论:血小板相关参数变化有助于脑梗死预防和预后,血小板相关参数是监测脑梗死的重要指标。

Objective:To explore the changes and significance of platelet related parameters in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods:40 patients with cerebral infarction were selected as the observation group,they were divided into the lacunar infarction group,the small infarction group and the large infarction group according to infarct size,meanwhile,40 healthy persons in the same period were selected as the control group.Blood cell analysis was performed on all subjects,we compared platelet count(PLT),mean platelet volume(MPV)and platelet distribution width(PDW).Results:In the observation group,platelet PLT was significantly lower than that in the control group at different time of onset,MPV and PWD were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05),the larger the infarct size,the lower the PLT and the higher the MPV and PDW.Conclusion:Changes in platelet parameters contributed to the prevention and prognosis of cerebral infarction,platelet parameters were important indicators for monitoring cerebral infarction.
