急性附睾炎的高频彩色多普勒超声诊断体会

Experience of diagnosis of acute epididymitis by high frequency color doppler ultrasound

目的:探讨高频彩色多普勒超声在诊断急性附睾炎中的意义。方法:收治急性附睾炎患者59例,行高频彩色多普勒超声诊断。结果:59例患者均顺利完成超声检查,其中病灶位于左侧附睾者30例,右侧附睾者27例,双侧附睾者2例;附睾头部增大明显者3例,附睾尾部增大明显者47例,附睾呈弥漫性增大者9例;合并睾丸鞘膜积液8例,睾丸炎1例。结论:彩色多普勒超声能清晰显示附睾形态、大小、结构及内部血流情况,具有较好的临床应用价值。

Objective:To explore the significance of high frequency color doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of acute epididymitis.Methods:59patients with acute epididymitis were selected,they were diagnosed by high frequency color doppler ultrasound.Results:All59patients successfully completed the ultrasound examination,among them,30cases were located in the left epididymis,27cases were located in the right epididymis,and2cases were located in the bilateral epididymis.The epididymis head was markedly enlarged in3cases,the epididymis tail was markedly enlarged in47cases,the epididymis was fully enlarged in9cases.There were8cases of testicular hydrocele,1case of orchitis.Conclusion:Color doppler ultrasound can clearly show the shape,size,structure and internal blood flow of epididymis,it had good clinical application value.
