即时冷疗护理对膝关节置换术后疼痛及康复的效果观察

Effect of immediate cold therapy nuring on pain and rehabilitation after total knee arthroplasty

目的:探讨即时冷疗护理对膝关节置换术后疼痛及康复的效果。方法:收治行膝关节置换术治疗患者98例,分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用常规冷疗护理方式,观察组采用即时冷疗护理干预,比较两组术后疼痛改善情况及膝关节功能情况。结果:术后12 h两组患者均伴随一定程度疼痛,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后24 h和48 h,观察组患者疼痛程度明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组膝关节功能恢复优良率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:即时冷疗护理对膝关节置换术后疼痛及康复的效果显著。

Objective:To explore the effect of immediate cold therapy nuring on pain and rehabilitation after total knee arthroplasty.Methods:98cases of knee arthroplasty were selected,they were divided into the control group and the observation group,the control group was given routine cold therapy nursing,the observation group was given immediate cold therapy nursing intervention,we compared the postoperative pain improvement and knee joint function of two groups.Results:After12hours,two groups of patients were accompanied by a certain degree of pain,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After24hours and48hours,the pain level of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of knee joint function recovery in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of immediate cold therapy nuring on pain and rehabilitation after total knee arthroplasty was significant.
