摘要
目的:探讨糖尿病群组管理模式的应用效果。方法:收治糖尿病患者214例,分为两组,每组各107例。干预组采用群组管理模式,对照组不采用,观察效果。结果:干预组患者在生化指标、自我管理行为、自我效能和社会支持等方面得到明显改善,优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:群组管理模式值得在糖尿病患者中应用。
Objective:To explore the application effect of diabetes group management mode.Methods:214patients with diabetes mellitus were divided into the two groups.The intervention group adopted group management mode,while the control group did not.Results:The patients in the intervention group improved significantly in terms of biochemical indicators,self-management behavior,self-efficacy and social support,better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Group management is worthy of application in diabetics.
