摘要
目的:分析脊灰疫苗相关病例1例的监测数据。方法:收治脊灰疫苗相关病例1例,对其病因、诊疗经过、临床检查等进行总结分析。结果:该病例为临床符合脊灰疫苗相关病例,其发生的肢体麻痹与接种的脊灰疫苗有关。结论:应完善消灭脊灰免疫策略,确保无脊灰状态。
Objective:To analyze the data from1case of vaccine associated paralytic poliomyelitis.Methods:1case of vaccine associated paralytic poliomyelitis were selected,the etiology,diagnosis and treatment,clinical examination and so on were summarized and analyzed.Results:This case was clinically vaccine associated paralytic poliomyelitis,and limb paralysis was associated with vaccinated polio vaccine.Conclusion:Poliomyelitis immune strategy should be improved to ensure poliomyelitis free.
