妇幼保健机构质量管理体系整合的初步体会

Preliminary experience on integration of quality management system in maternal and child health care institutions

目的:探讨妇幼保健机构质量管理体系整合的初步体会。方法:落实质量管理体系前选取420例患者作为对照组,落实质量管理体系后随机选取420例患者作为观察组,比较两组质量意识评分、质控技能评分、医疗质量评分、服务态度评分、医疗流程评分、人均医疗费用。结果:观察组质量意识、质控技能评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组医疗质量、服务态度、医疗流程评分高于对照组,人均医疗费用低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:妇幼保健机构落实质量管理体系整合能够进一步降低人均医疗费用,增强质量意识和质控技能,并提高患者满意度。

Objective:To explore the preliminary experience on integration of quality management system in maternal and child health care institutions.Methods:420cases of patients were as the control group before implementing quality management system,and420cases of patients were as the observation group after implementing quality management system,the quality consciousness score,quality control skill score,medical quality score,service attitude score,medical process score and per capita medical cost were compared between the two groups.Results:The quality consciousness score,quality control skill score in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The medical quality score,service attitude score,medical process score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the per capita medical cost were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of quality management system integration in maternal and child health care institutions could reduce the per capita medical costs further,enhance quality awareness and quality control skills,and improve the patient satisfaction.
