基于OSCE建立普外护士多站式培训模式的研究

Study on the establishment of multi station training mode for general practitioners based on OSCE

目的:研究基于OSCE建立普外护士多站式培训模式的效果。方法:选取在职护士60例,平分两组,每组各30例。对于A组试验组的护士,按照多站式考核模式相关要求进行培训,对于B组对照组护士,通过理论及单项操作技能的培训方式进行相关培训,进行有关理论考核及问卷调查。结果:A组技能及理论成绩均明显优于B组(P<0.05)。绝大多数护士认为多站式培训模式应取代传统的培训模式。结论:基于OSCE建立普外护士多站式培训模式效果显著。

Objective:To study the effect of multi station training mode of general nurses based on OSCE.Methods:60nurses were selected and divided into the two groups,the nurses in the group A were trained according to the relevant requirements of the multi-station examination mode.The nurses in the group B were trained through the training methods of theory and individual operation skills,we carried out theoretical examination and questionnaire survey.Results:The scores of skill and theory in the group A were significantly better than those in the group B(P<0.05).Most nurses think that the multi station training mode should replace the traditional training mode.Conclusion:The multi station training mode of general nurses based on OSCE is effective.
