In order to respond to the implementation of the"healthy China"strategy put forward by General Secretary Xi Jinping at the19th National Congress and further enhance the comprehensive strength of the hospital,by analyzing the connotation and role of hospital culture construction,we promote high-quality cultural construction from the five aspects of material,spiritual,institutional,behavioral,and service,in order to achieve high-quality management,and form a strong cohesive force within the hospital to enhance the core,to promote high quality development in hospitals.
