Objective:To explore the effect of multi drug resistant bacteria(MDRO)prevention and control of micro video in clinical nursing teaching in intensive care unit.Methods:102 nurses were selected, and 100 nurses internship in the ICU were selected for MDROs micro-video teaching. After 12 weeks, the effect of clinical practice was traced.Self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the effect of nursing students on MDROs prevention and control of micro videos. Results:After the MDROs micro-video teaching, all the nursing students reached the standard of theoretical examination, and the excellent rate of achievement reached68.6%,which was better than the traditional teaching effect(P<0.05),97.1% of the nursing students thought that the micro-video teaching mode stimulated the initiative of learning, and 100% of the nursing students thought that the micro-video teaching mode standardized the MDROs prevention and control measures. There were significant differences in the implementation rate of hand hygiene, the correct rate of isolation measures, the qualified rate of medical waste disposal and the qualified rate of environmental surface cleaning among nursing students(P<0.05).Conclusion:MDROs micro-video teaching mode stimulates the learning interest of nursing students, improves the effect of MDROs prevention and control, and reduces the spread of MDROs in hospital.
