云南省不同烟区烟田烟蚜解毒酶和保护酶的活性分析 被引量:3

Detoxifying and protective enzymatic activity of Myzus persicae(Sulzer) from different tobacco planting areas in Yunnan

摘要 【目的】明确云南省不同烟区烟蚜种群体内主要解毒酶和保护酶的活性及其差异,为合理选用杀虫剂和制定烟蚜防治策略提供理论依据。【方法】从云南省10个州(市)17个县的不同烤烟种植区烟株上采集烟蚜地理种群,采用试剂盒测定不同地理种群烟蚜体内3种解毒酶[乙酰胆碱酯酶(AchE)、羧酸酯酶(CarE)和谷胱甘肽转移酶(GSTs)]和3种保护酶[过氧化物酶(POD)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)]活性。【结果】云南省不同地理种群烟蚜体内3种解毒酶和3种保护酶活性均存在明显差异。17个采样点烟蚜体内AchE、CarE和GSTs活性分别为0.017~0.513、0.256~5.062和10.350~204.066 U/mg,其中文山小嫁依、曲靖陆良和大理南涧烟蚜种群体内3种解毒酶活性较高,临沧博尚和临沧云县烟区烟蚜种群较低;AchE和CarE相对酶活性均较高的样点为大理南涧、曲靖陆良和文山小嫁依,相对酶活性分别为62.57%和100.00%、68.41%和58.34%、100.00%和69.95%。17个采样点烟蚜种群体内POD、SOD和CAT活性分别为0.830~54.839、7.139~456.522和0.076~2.024 U/mg,其中红河建水、保山丙麻和大理宾川烟蚜种群体内3种保护酶活性较高,临沧博尚和大理洱源烟蚜种群较低;红河建水和保山丙麻烟蚜种群体内的POD、SOD和CAT相对酶活性较高,分别为100.00%、100.00%、88.36%和80.58%、65.98%、56.23%。【结论】云南省不同烟区烟蚜种群体内主要解毒酶和保护酶具有明显的地理差异,使用化学农药防治烟蚜时应根据不同地理种群的抗药性选择不同的农药,以提高防治效果。 Abstract:【Objective】The activities of detoxifying enzymes and protective enzymes inMyzus persicae(Sulzer)from different tobacco areas of Yunnan Province were studied in order to provide basis for the selection of pesticides and for the development of control measures for M.persicae.【Method】The tested species of M.persicae were collected from 17 different tobacco planting areas located in 10 different zhous(cities)of Yunnan Province.Using test kits,activities of detoxifying enzymes[acetylcholin esterase(AchE),carboxylesterase(CarE)and glutathione transferase(GSTs)]and protective enzymes[peroxidase(POD),superoxide dismutase(SOD)and catalase(CAT)]were determined.【Result】Large difference was found in the three kinds of detoxifying enzymatic activity and three kinds of protective enzymatic activity of 17 geographical populations of M.persicae in tobacco planting areas in Yunnan.The activities of AchE,CarE and GSTs form 17 geographical populations were 0.017-0.513,0.256-5.062 and 10.350-204.066 U/mg.The population of M.persicae from Xiaojiayi of Wenshan,Luliang of Qujing and Nanjian of Dali had high activities of AchE,CarE and GSTs,the lowerest activities of AchE,CarE and GSTs was found in population of Boshang and Yunxian in Lincang.In the tobacco fields of Nanjian of Dali,Luliang of Qujing and Xiaojiayi of Wenshan,the relative enzyme activity of AchE and CarE were among high levels in the province,they were 62.57%and 100.00%,68.41%and 58.34%,and 100.00%and 69.95%respectively.The activities of POD,SOD and CAT from 17 geographical populations were 0.830-54.839,7.139-456.522 and 0.076-2.024 U/mg.The population of M.persicae from Jianshuiin Honghe and Binma in Baoshan and Bingchuan in Dali had higher activities of POD,SOD and CAT,and lower activities of POD,SOD and CAT were found from those in Boshang of Lincang and Eryuan of Dali.The respective relative enzyme activities of POD,SOD and CAT in M.persicae from Jianshui of Honghe and Bingma of Baoshan were high in Yunnan.Respectively the enzyme activities of POD,SOD and CAT from the two locations were 100.00%,100.00%and 88.36%,and 80.58%,65.98%and 56.23%.【Conclusion】M.persicae from different tobacco fields of Yunnan has a geographic difference on the detoxifying enzymatic activity and protective enzymatic activity.In order to increase the control effect,the pesticides selected for controlling the M.persicae populations in these areas should be determined based on the relevant drug resistance of these M.persicae populations.
