随着我国新能源的快速发展,风电装机容量不断增加,风电消纳问题已经成为新能源发展的主要挑战,调峰辅助服务市场是解决风电消纳的关键。对辅助服务市场下备用容量的确定方法、备用获取方式以及备用费用分摊进行了综述,以期为研究"十三五"电力系统规划中大规模风电并网时风电消纳的备用问题提供参考。

With the rapid development of new energy in China,wind power installed capacity is increasing,and wind power consumption represents the main challenge for the development of new energy.The key to solving wind power consumption is the peak adjustment service market.Therefore,the method of determining the reserve capacity in the auxiliary service market,the way of reserve acquisition and the allocation of reserve cost are summaried,so as to provide some reference for the study of the standby problem of wind power consumption when the large-scale wind power is connected to the network in the“13th Five-Year”power system planning.
