摘要
针对不同重要程度的负荷对于恢复供电时间的要求,提出了一种考虑不同时间尺度的两阶段负荷转供策略,第一阶段优先以单条转供路径恢复重要负荷的供电,第二阶段求解考虑多条转供路径的最短恢复供电时间以及最大恢复供电能力的负荷转供模型。
Considering different recovery time to supply power for the load,which had different degrees of importance,a two-stage load transfer strategy considering the different time scales was put forward.In the first stage,a single path was preferentially selected to recovery the power supply of some important loads.In the second stage,the proposed method solved the multi-path model,which considered the shortest recovery time of power supply and the maximum recovery capacity of power supply.
