摘要
为实现资源充分利用,通过采用"磁—浮联合工艺"和"单一磁选工艺"对某磁选尾矿进行选别试验研究,获得了品位63%以上的合格铁精矿。根据对试验结果和流程结构的分析,"磁—浮联合工艺"对矿石性质变化的适应性更强,因此推荐采用"磁—浮联合工艺"对该磁铁矿尾矿进行回收。
To achieve full use of resources,separation tests and study on tailings of a magnetite are conducted by adopting combined process of magnetic separation and flotation and process of sole magnetic separation.Qualified iron concentrates with a grade of above63%are obtained.By analyzing test results and process structure,it?s found that combined process of magnetic separation and flotation is more adaptive to changes in ore properties.Therefore,it?s suggested that combined process of magnetic separation and floatation should be adopted to recover tailings of the magnetite.
