摘要 介绍了20 000 m3/h空分装置混流式空压机组流程和结构。通过对空压机喘振现象判断,确认机组发生了段间喘振,分析了段间喘振的原因:段间换热器内漏,导致空压机转子叶轮结垢,流道变窄所致。采取了以下措施:采用段间放空方法,有效避免了喘振现象;采用在线清洗方法,减少了振值波动;利用大修彻底消除隐患等,有效保证了机组的安全稳定运行。 The process and structure of the mixed flow air compressor unit of 20000m^3/h air separation plant were introduced.Through description of the air compressor surge phenomenon,it was confirmed that the unit had inter-stage surge.The reason for the surge was the internal leakage of the inter-stage heat exchanger,which resulted in the scaling of the compressor rotor impeller and the narrowing of flow path.The measures adopted were as follows:adopted the inter-stage venting method to effectively avoid the surge phenomenon;adopted the online cleaning method to reduce the fluctuation of vibration value;utilized overhaul to completely eliminate the potential risk,which effectively ensured the safe and stable operation of the unit.
