The content of crude benzene in lean and fat oil plays an important role in guiding the operation of crude benzene process.The determination of crude benzene content in lean and fat oil by the gas chromatography method was introduced.According to the range of crude benzene content in lean and fat oil test specimen,a series of standard lean and fat oil samples were prepared.The crude benzene content of these standard samples was determined by the gas chromatography method,and the gas chromatography analysis data of standard samples with different contents were recorded.The correction factor between gas chromatography analysis results and the crude benzene content of standard sample was deduced.The crude benzene content in lean and fat oil was calculated by the correction formula utilizing gas chromatography analysis results.The accuracy met the requirements of the General Principles for the Determination of Coking Products YB/T5155-2006.
