摘要
目的研究情景教学法对于中医急诊临床教学的应用效果。方法本次研究选取2017年7月~2018年3月我院的实习生共80名作为研究对象,随机将其分为观察组与对照组,每组各40例,对照组实习生选择传统教学法进行带教实习,观察组实习生使用情景教学法进行学习。在教学完成后,对两组实习生理论知识以及实践技能进行考核,对比两组实习生教学效果。结果经过教学后,发现使用情景模拟教学法(观察组)的实习生最终考核成绩明显优于使用传统教学方法(对照组)实习生;并且观察组实习生对于教学方法的满意度明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论对于中医急诊临床教学使用情景教学法进行教学,有助于提升学生的学习兴趣,增强学生对于知识的理解,提升操作熟练度,有利于提升课堂教学质量,值得在临床上进行推广使用。
Objective To study the application effect of situational teaching method in clinical teaching of TCM emergency.Methods Eighty interns in our hospital from July 2017 to March 2018 were selected as research objects and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with forty cases in each group.Interns in the control group were given traditional teaching method for teaching practice while interns in the observation group were given situational teaching method for learning.After the completion of the teaching,the theoretical knowledge and practical skills of interns in the two groups were assessed and the teaching effects on interns in the two groups were compared.Results After teaching,it was found that the final assessment results of interns using situational simulation teaching method(observation group)were significantly better than those using traditional teaching method(control group).Moreover,the satisfaction degree of interns in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Situational teaching method in clinical teaching of TCM emergency is conducive to enhancing students’interest in learning,enhancing students’understanding of knowledge,improving their proficiency in operation,improving the quality of classroom teaching,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
