药学职业教育中的实践教育教学探究

在国家提出建设健康中国的大背景下,职业教育药学人才培养方式也面临新的机遇和挑战。本文结合郑州澍青医学高等专科学校药学人才培养实践方案的实施,初步构建与社会需求相对接的药学人才培养实践体系,探讨了当下职业教育药学人才培养存在的问题和解决问题的实施方案,为职业院校药学人才实践教学提供参考。

Under the background of the country’s proposal to build a healthy China,the training methods of vocational education for pharmacy talents are also facing new opportunities and challenges.Combined with the implementation of the training practice programfor pharmacy talents in Zhengzhou Shuqing Medical College,this paper initially constructs the training practice system for pharmacy talentthat is in contact with the social needs and discusses the problems existing in the current problems and the implementation plan to solve the problem in pharmacy talent training in current vocational education to provide reference forpractical teaching of pharmacy talents in vocational colleges.
