白虎人参汤加减治疗2型糖尿病的临床观察

Clinical observation of modified Baihu Renshen decoction in treatment of Type 2 diabetes mellitus

目的研究探讨白虎人参汤加减治疗2型糖尿病的临床效果。方法本研究于2016年11月～2017年11月在我院收治的44例2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,随机均分两组各22例,以常规西医治疗为对照组,以白虎人参汤加减治疗为观察组。探讨白虎人参汤加减治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效,并对比两组的中医症候群的变化,血糖、血脂、糖化血红蛋白等指标的水平。结果观察组的有效率为95.4%,对照组的有效率为63.6%,观察组疗效较对照组的要好,血糖控制情况优于对照组,血脂水平比对照组的要稳定,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论白虎人参汤加减治疗2型糖尿病的患者,可以增强疗效,帮助患者改善症状,降低血糖值,稳定血脂水平,效果显著,且安全性较高,不会导致患者出现低血糖以及胃肠道副作用。但其具体的降糖机制仍未非常明确,值得临床工作者进一步研究探讨。

Objective To study the clinical effect of modified Baihu Renshen decoction in treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods 44 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus who were admitted and treated in our hospital from November 2016 to November 2017 were selected as research objects and they were randomly divided into two groups,with 22 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine western medicine while the observation group was treated with modified Baihu Renshen decoction.Clinical effect of modified Baihu Renshen decoction in treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus was explored.The changes of TCM syndromes and the levels of blood glucose,blood lipid,glycosylated hemoglobin and other indicators in two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of observation group was 95.4%,better than that of control group 63.6%.Curative effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group.The blood glucose control of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the blood lipid level was more stable than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Baihu Renshen decoction in treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus can enhance the curative effect,improve symptoms,reduce blood sugar and stabilize blood lipid level.It has significant effect and higher safety and it does not cause hypoglycemia and gastrointestinal side effects.However,its specific mechanism of hypoglycemic effect is still not very clear,which is worthy of further study by clinical workers.
