健脾理气法治疗功能性消化不良的疗效观察

Observation on curative effect of clinical observation of spleen-nourishing and Qi-regulating Principle in treatment of functional dyspepsia

目的探讨健脾理气法在功能性消化不良治疗方面的应用效果。方法研究对象为我院2015年3月～2018年3月收治的59例功能性消化不良患者,随机分组并命名为观察组30例和对照组29例,观察组患者运用自拟理气健脾汤联合莫沙必利片,对照组患者采用莫沙必利片治疗,对比分析两组患者治疗效果、中医证候积分以及观察组单项症状评分。结果观察组治疗总有效率为93.33%,显著高于对照组68.96%的治疗总有效率,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=7.733,P <0.05);观察组治疗后单项症状评分较治疗前明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组治疗后中医证候积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=3.080,P <0.05)。结论健脾理气法在功能性消化不良方面有着较好的应用效果,能够提高患者治疗效果,促进患者中医症状积分的改善,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the application effect of spleen-nourishing and qi-regulating principle in treatment of functional dyspepsia.Methods 59 patients with functional dyspepsia who were admitted and treated in our hospital from March 2015 to March 2018 were selected as research objects and they were randomly divided into the observation group(30 cases)and the control group(29 cases).Patients in the observation group were treated with qi-regulating and spleennourishing decoction combined with mosapride tablets while patients in the control group were treated with mosapride tablets.Curative effect,TCM syndrome score of patients in two groups and single symptom score of the observation group were compared and analyzed.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%,significantly higher than that of the control group 68.96%.The difference was statistically significant(χ^2=7.733,P<0.05).The single symptom score after treatment of the observation group was significantly lower than that before treatment.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).TCM syndrome score after treatment of the observation group was lower than that of the control group and the difference was statistically significant(t=3.080,P<0.05).Conclusion Spleen-nourishing and qi-regulating principle has a good application effect in functional dyspepsia.It can improve the curative effect of patients and promote the improvement of TCM symptom score,which is worthy of promotion and application.
