探究分析认知康复护理对精神分裂症患者认知功能障碍及精神状态的影响

Exploration and analysis of cognitive rehabilitation nursing on cognitive dysfunction and mental state in patients with schizophrenia

目的探讨认知康复护理对精神分裂症患者认知功能障碍及精神状态的影响。方法选取本院2016年1月～2017年1月期间收治的精神分裂症患者100例,随机将其分为观察组与对照组各50例,观察组患者采用认知康复护理+常规护理,对照组患者单纯采用常规护理方法开展护理工作,比较两组患者护理前后包括定向、识记、言语、回忆等内容的认知评分、简易精神状态评分以及护理前后的日常生活活动能力评分。结果两组患者经过护理后,在定向、识记、回忆和语言的认知功能评分上均得到一定的改善,而观察组患者的改善显著性更好(P <0.05)。观察组患者精神状态总分为(21.33±4.07)分,比对照组患者的(23.41±4.14)分更低,表明改善效果越明显(P <0.05)。在生活活动能力管理方面,两组患者护理前的能力接近,无统计学差异,护理后观察组患者的ADL评分明显更高,表明护理更有效,患者日常生活活动能力恢复更好(P <0.05)。结论认知康复护理是精神分裂患者护理工作中有效的护理手段,能够减轻认知功能障碍,提升精神状态,改善临床症状,具有很高临床应用价值。

Objective To explore the effect of cognitive rehabilitation nursing on cognitive dysfunction and mental state of patients with schizophrenia.Methods One hundred patients with schizophrenia who were admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected and they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 50 cases in each group.Patients in the observation group were treated with cognitive rehabilitation nursing and routine nursing while patients in the control group only were given routine nursing.Cognitive score of orientation,memorizing,speech,memory and other contents,mini mental state examination score and activities of daily living score of patients before and after the nursing were compared.Results After nursing,cognitive score of orientation,memorizing,speech and memory in two groups were all improved to a certain extent and the improvement of patients in the observation group was better(P<0.05).The total score of the mental state of patients in the observation group was(21.33±4.07),lower than that of the control group(23.41±4.14),which indicated that the improvement in the observation group was more significant(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in the activities of daily living before nursing between two groups.After nursing,the ADL score of the observation group was significantly higher,indicating that the nursing was more effective and the activity of daily living was better(P<0.05).Conclusion Cognitive rehabilitation nursing is an effective nursing method for schizophrenia patients in nursing work.It can reduce cognitive dysfunction,improve mental state and improve clinical symptoms,which has high clinical value.
