合并慢性肾脏病的慢性心力衰竭患者NT-proBNP与25(OH)VD、cTnT及hs-CRP的相关性研究

Research on the correlation between NT-proBNP and 25(OH)VD, cTnT and hs-CRP in patients with chronic heart failure complicated with chronic kidney disease

目的探究合并慢性肾脏病的慢性心力衰竭患者N端前脑钠肽(NT-proBNP)与25-羟基维生素D[25(OH)VD]、肌钙蛋白T(cTnT)及超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的相关性。方法选取本院于2016年7月～2018年5月收治的120例合并慢性肾脏病的慢性心力衰竭患者作为研究组,选取同期入院体检的120名健康者作为对照组,分别检测其血清中的NT-proBNP、25(OH)VD、cTnT、hs-CRP。结果研究组的NT-proBNP、hs-CRP、cTnT、25(OH)VD各指标表达水平均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。相关性分析结果显示,血清NT-proBNP与年龄、hs-CRP、cTnT呈正比,血清NT-proBNP与25(OH)VD之间无相关性。结论合并慢性肾脏病的慢性心力衰竭患者的NT-proBNP与cTnT、hs-CRP见呈正相关,与25(OH)VD不存在相关性。

Objective To explore the correlation between N-terminal pro-B-type natriuretic peptide(NTproBNP)and 25-hydroxyl vitamin D(25(OH)VD),troponin T(cTnT)and highsensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)in patients with chronic heart failure complicated with chronic kidney disease.Methods 120 patients with chronic heart failure complicated with chronic kidney diseasewho were admitted and treated in our hospital from July 2016 to May 2018 were selected as the study group.120 healthy individuals who underwent physical examinationin our hospital during the same period were selected as the control groups.NT-proBNP,25(OH)VD,cTnT,and hs-CRP in serumof patients were measured.Results The expression levels of NT-proBNP,hs-CRP,cTnT,and 25(OH)VD in the study group were all significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The correlation analysis showed that serum NT-proBNP was positively correlated with age,hs-CRP andcTnT,and there was no correlation between serum NT-proBNP and 25(OH)VD.Conclusion NT-proBNP is positively correlated with cTnT and hs-CRP in patients with chronic heart failure complicated with chronic kidney disease,and has no correlation with 25(OH)VD.
