Role of quality control circle in improving the accuracy of nurses' ADL scale in the first evaluation

目的探讨品管圈(QCC)活动在提高护士对日常生活能力(ADL)量表评估正确率中的作用,为提高临床护理工作质量提供依据。方法以我院82名护理人员为研究对象,通过成立QCC活动小组,确立活动内容,定期举行会议和活动,探讨并落实有效的提高护士ADL量表首次评估正确率的方法。对比分析QCC活动实施前后护士ADL量表首次评估正确率及护理能力评分,并作统计学分析。结果 QCC活动实施后护理人员ADL量表首次评估正确率为别为94.89%,显著高于QCC活动实施前的83.46%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。QCC活动实施后护理人员综合护理素质评分均显著高于QCC活动实施前,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 QCC活动的开展可显著提高护理人员ADL量表首次评估正确率及护理综合能力,确保护理质量,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To explore the role of quality control circle(QCC)in improving the accuracy of nurses'activity of daily living(ADL)scale in the first evaluation to provide reference for improving the quality of clinical nursing work.Methods Eighty-two nursing staff in our hospital were selected as the research objects.Methods to effectively improve the accuracy of nurses'ADL scale in the first evaluation were explored and implemented by the establishment of QCC activity group,the establishment of activity content and regular meetings and activities.The accuracy of nurses'ADL scale in the first evaluation and nursing ability before and after implementation of QCC activity were compared and statistically analyzed.Results After the implementation of QCC activity,the accuracy of nurses'ADL scale in the first evaluation was 94.89%,which was significantly higher than that before the implementation of the QCC activity 83.46%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the implementation of QCC activity,the scores of comprehensive nursing quality of nursing staff were significantly higher than those before implementation of QCC activity,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of QCC activity can significantly improve the accuracy of nurses'ADL scale in the first evaluation and comprehensive nursing ability and ensure the quality of nursing,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
