摘要
目的探究急危重症心脏病患者转运交接过程中无缝隙护理管理模式的应用效果。方法选取2015年6月~2016年6月我院急诊科抢救室危重心脏病患者96例,设置为对照组,实施常规转运护理;选取2015年6月~2016年6月急诊科抢救室行床边快速乳酸测定危重心脏病患者100例,设置为观察组,实施无缝隙护理管理模式,比较两组护理人员转运交接情况和患者护理满意度。结果 (1)观察组危急值漏交率1.0%、责任推诿率2.1%以及科室间电话询问率3.1%显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。(2)观察组护理满意度93.3%,对照组护理满意度76.7%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论急危重症心脏病患者转运交接过程中无缝隙护理管理模式的应用效果显著,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the application effect of seamless nursing management model in transfer and Handover of patients with acute critical heart disease.Methods 96 cases with critical heart disease in the resuscitation room of the emergency department in our hospitalfrom June 2015 to June 2016 were selected as the control group,and were given routine transhipment care;100 cases with acute critical heart disease in emergency department resuscitation room for rapid bedside lactic acid determination from June 2015 to June 2016 were selected as the observation group,and were given seamless nursing.Transshipment and care satisfaction were compared between two groups.Results(1)The leakage rate of critical value(1.0%),the rate of accountability(2.1%),the rate of intersection telephone inquiry in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).(2)The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 93.3%,and the control group was 76.7%,which showed significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of seamless nursing in the transfer and handover of critical and severe heart disease is significant,worthy of promoting.
