双氯酚酸钠结合ESWL治疗上尿路结石的可行性分析

Feasibility Analysis of Diclofenac Sodium Combined with ESWL in the Treatment of Upper Urinary Calculi

目的评价双氯酚酸钠结合ESWL治疗上尿路结石的可行性。方法选取2016年4月～2017年4月于我院治疗的上尿路结石患者92例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组及联合组,对照组采用ESWL治疗,联合组采用ESWL结合双氯芬酸钠治疗。对比两组患者临床疗效、围手术期疼痛、治疗次数以及术后不良反应发生情况等。结果联合组临床有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);联合组术中及术后30minVAS评分均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);联合组单次治疗成功率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);联合组术后不良反应率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论对于上尿路结石患者采用双氯芬酸钠结合ESWL治疗,能够显著提升治疗有效率,缓解疼痛,减少治疗次数,降低术后不良反应发生率,在上尿路结石的治疗中具有可行性,值得进一步推广。

Objective To evaluate the feasibility of diclofenac sodium combined with ESWL in the treatment of upper urinary calculi.Methods 92 patients with upper urinary calculi who were treated in our hospital from April 2016 to April 2017 were selected.They were divided into the control group and the combined group according to the randomized table method.The control group was treated with ESWL while the combined group was treated by ESWL combined with diclofenac sodium.The clinical curative effect,perioperative pain,treatment times and postoperative adverse reactions of patients in the two groups were compared.Results The clinical effective rate of the combined group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The VAS score of both intraoperative and 30min after operation in the combined group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).The success rate of single treatment in the combined group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The adverse reaction rate of the combined group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Diclofenac sodium combined with ESWL in the treatment of upper urinary calculi can significantly improve effective rate of treatment,relieve pain,decrease times of treatment and reduce the incidence of postoperative adverse reactions.It is effective in the treatment of upper urinary calculi and it is worthy of further promoting.
