葡萄糖酸亚铁糖浆与硫酸亚铁缓释片治疗缺铁性贫血效果、不良事件及预后情况对比

Comparison of curative effect,adverse events and prognosis of ferrous gluconate syrup and ferrous sulfate sustained release tablets in treatment of iron deficiency anemia

目的对缺铁性贫血者应用葡萄糖酸亚铁糖浆的效果、不良事件及预后情况进行分析、比对。方法对本院2016年12月～2018年3月诊治缺铁性贫血48例患者临床资料加以前瞻性分析,按照随机数字表方法分成两组,将24例行常规方案医治患者设为对照组,将24例行葡萄糖酸亚铁糖浆医治患者设为观察组,对两组效果、不良事件及预后情况进行比对、分析。结果观察组总有效概率95.83%比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组总不良事件率8.33%比对照组低,且预后一个月血清铁(14.56±7.47)μmol/L、血清铁蛋白(37.64±8.60)μg/L和血红蛋白水平(126.48±12.37)g/L均比对照组优,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论对缺铁性贫血者应用葡萄糖酸亚铁糖浆医治效果明显,可改善患者症状,减少不良事件的发生,且促进其预后相关指标改善,值得临床应用。

Objective To analyze and compare curative effect,adverse events and prognosis of ferrous gluconate syrup in treatment of iron deficiency anemia.Methods Clinical data of 48 patients with iron deficiency anemia who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from December 2016 and March 2018 were prospectively analyzed.They were divided into 2 groups according to the random number table.24 patients who were given routine treatment were set as the control group while the other 24 patients who were treated with ferrous gluconate syrup were set as the observation group.The curative effect,adverse events and prognosis of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.83%,higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse events in the observation group was 8.33%,lower than that in the control group.And the levels of serum iron,serum ferritin and hemoglobin one month of after prognosis in the observation group were respectively(14.56±7.47)μmol/L,(37.64±8.60)μg/L and(126.48±12.37)g/L,better than those in the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with iron deficiency anemia,ferrous gluconate syrup has significant curative effects.It can improve the symptoms,reduce the incidence of adverse events and promote the improvement of the prognosis related indicators,which is of worthy of clinical application.
