两种肺康复训练对稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者肺功能的影响 被引量:8

摘要 目的探究两种肺康复训练对于稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者的肺功能的影响。方法采用随机抽样法,从本院收治的稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者中,抽选出80例纳入本研究。本研究时间范围在2017年1月~2018年1月期间,将80例稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者随机为两组:对照组(40例)和观察组(40例)。对照组:实施深慢呼吸缩唇呼气训练;观察组:实施深慢呼吸缩唇呼气训练+人工阻力呼吸训练。肺康复训练3月后对比两组患者静息肺功能结果:FVC、FEV1、(FEV1/FVC)%,6min步行试验(6MWT)、圣乔治呼吸问卷(SGRQ)。结果经过3个月的肺康复训练后,观察组患者的FVC、FEV1、6MWT、SGRQ与对照组相对比,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);但两组患者的(FEV1/FVC)%相比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论两种肺康复训练对于稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者肺功能均有一定改善作用,但深慢呼吸缩唇呼气训练+人工阻力呼吸康复训练,较单纯使用深慢呼吸缩唇呼气训练法,更能够显著改善患者的肺功能,应用价值较高。 Objective To explore the effects of two respiratory rehabilitation training methods on pulmonary function of patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods A random sampling method was used to select 80 patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease who were admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018.80 patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 40 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given deep-slow-breathing and lip-exhalation training while patients in the observation group were given deepslow-breathing and lip-exhalation training combined with artificial resistance breathing training.After 3 months of respiratory rehabilitation training,results of static lung function including FVC,FEV1,(FEV1/FVC)%,6-minute walking test(6MWT)and St.George’s Respiratory Questionnaire(SGRQ)were compared between two groups.Results After 3 months of respiratory rehabilitation training,there was statistically significant difference in FVC,FEV1,6MWT and SGRQ between the observation group and the control group(P<0.05).The difference in(FEV1/FVC)%between the two groups had no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion Two respiratory rehabilitation training methods both can improve pulmonary function of patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Deep-slow-breathing and lip-exhalation training can more significantly improve the patient’s pulmonary function compared with the simple application of deep-slow-breathing and lip-exhalation training.It has higher application values.
