Study on Mood Expression by Lexicons in Modern Chinese

现代汉语中表达语气的手段主要分为显性和隐性两大类。显性手段主要是词汇表现形式,包括语气副词和语气助词;而隐性的表达手段主要是句调、停顿和句重音。

The meaning of mood could be expressed by explicit and implicit means in modern Chinese.Explicit means could be realized by lexicons including modal adverbs and modal auxiliaries,while implicit ones could be realized by intonations,stops and sentence stresses.
