摘要
文章以上海地区高校图书馆逾期归还图书处理措施为样本,通过法律分析指出高校图书馆对逾期归还图书无罚款权。在简要分析逾期归还图书原因的基础上,对逾期归还图书的其他处理措施进行了法律分析,并给出了建议。
According to legal analysis,it is pointed out that the university library has no right to impose fines on overdue books from legal perspective,and the reasons for the overdue return of books are analyzed legally.Suggestions on other treatment measures for the overdue return of books in Shanghai are offered.
