特异性透明质酸酶的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 透明质酸酶在临床上被用作药物扩散剂,它通过降解肿瘤微环境和皮肤组织中的透明质酸,从而提高组织的通透性来促进药物的扩散和吸收,在肿瘤治疗和皮下给药中都有很好的应用前景。透明质酸酶对细胞外基质中透明质酸的降解作用不仅与其对透明质酸的解聚作用效力有关,还与酶的底物特异性有关。近年来,不断有专一性降解透明质酸的透明质酸酶被发现,本文主要对目前发现的特异性透明质酸酶的研究现状作一综述。
