摘要
利用仿真软件AnyLogic,建立集装箱港区生产作业仿真模型,模拟码头前沿装卸作业、港内集卡水平运输作业、堆场装卸作业以及港外集卡提送箱作业。以某集装箱港区为例,研究大型集装箱船舶同时靠泊装卸情况,选取船舶在港时间、集卡单次装卸作业等待时间等指标,为提高集装箱港区整体装卸作业效率,就内卡调度方式、配置数量给出建议。
The software AnyLogic is used to build a model for simulating the operation of a container harbor such as the handling operation in wharf apron,the horizontal transportation by container trucks within the harbor,the loading and unloading in stockyards,the container pick-up and transportation by container trucks outside the harbor.Based on one container harbor,the simultaneous berthing and handling operation of large-scale container vessels have been studied by referring to such indexes as the berthing time of a vessel and the waiting time for single operation of a container truck.In addition,the suggestions on the dispatching mode and allocation number of harbor container trucks are proposed in order to improve the integral handling efficiency of container harbors.
