海口港新海港区配套用地施工增沙影响研究

摘要 填海造陆工程围堰抛石和吹填溢流施工期间必然导致附近海水泥沙悬浮物浓度的上升,施工引起的增量泥沙影响是工程海洋环境影响评价内容之一。海口港新海港区配套用地位于琼州海峡澄迈湾东海岸,研究采用DELFT3D软件技术,建立了工程海区风浪、潮流和泥沙耦合计算数学模型,并采用实测潮位、流速、含沙量资料对模型进行了验证。研究表明,项目施工引起的增量含沙量影响面积及程度不大,对水质影响有限,为项目建设海洋环境影响评价提供了技术支撑。 Sea reclamation project includes cofferdam riprapping and dredger fill overflow,which will increase the concentration of suspended sediment in local sea area.The increment of sediment concentration caused by the construction serves as one assessment index of marine environment impact.Xinhai harbor of Haikou port occupies the associated land along the east coast of Chengmai bay of the Qiongzhou Strait,and DELFT3D software is used to build a mathematic model for the coupling calculation of wind,wave,tidal current and sediment within the engineering sea area.The model is verified with real-measured tidal level,flow velocity and sediment concentration.The results show that the increment of sediment concentration has a little influence on local sea area and water quality,which will support the assessment of marine environmental impact technically.
