摘要
本文以营口港鲅鱼圈港区17#、18#高桩泊位及63#、67#、69#重力式泊位门机轨道维修调校为例,通过高桩、重力式码头两种典型结构的轨道维修调校,介绍采用凸字型接头、铝热焊、钢垫板龙门架等工艺及高性能新型材料较好地解决了轨道维修调校施工中遇到的问题,可为今后类似工程施工提供借鉴。
Based on the maintenance and calibration of crane tracks on the piled berths No.17&18and the gravity berths No.63,67and69at Bayuquan harbor of Yingkou port,the use of steel gantry,thermite welding,convex joints and new high-performance materials has solved the problems in the maintenance and calibration,which will provide a reference for similar project in future.
